A large glass wall opens to a palm-fringed vista of the sea and the infinity-edge pool and deck below. The west wing also features a fully-outfitted office/den with TV and a daybed. A ship's ladder takes you up on a short vertical climb up to a small aerie, a getaway room with a half bath and its own private deck with amazing ocean views.

Below, the main sun deck offers a shaded "view" bar looking out to sea past the sparkling pool. An upper pool deck takes you to the built-in heated spa, or steps down to a shallow shelf built into the pool itself; this deck serves as an alfresco dining area with gas grill, made sumptuous by its built-in lounge and softened by plump cushions.
