This newly-renovated, multi-leveled, all-king-suite waterfront estate is located behind an electronic gate. Deluxe and private Coral Gardens overlooks its own pristine shoreline and offers snorkeling on live reefs, a private pool and lush tropical gardens with palms.

The spacious Great Room features a beautiful high cypress ceiling encompassing the living, media and dining areas, and opens to a balcony with panoramic views of famous Magen's Bay. Faux finishes throughout add to this villa's opulent ambience.

The fully air-conditioned main floor has five king bedrooms, each with a bath and beautifully appointed with original art and stylish furnishings. One bedroom is also outfitted with a two-twin trundle bed, perfect for children. The king master suite showcases its own media/sitting area and aqua-tiled double shower with benched seating. Additional features of the main level include an office nook outfitted with a computer, printer and fax just off the roomy kitchen.

Below, the Pool and Beach Suite level presents the private pool and massage deck and two private one-bedroom king suites, each with a kitchenette, sitting room, balcony and air-conditioning in each bedroom. Multiple sunning, viewing and massage decks wind their way down this expansive property's staircase to the ocean's edge dotted with natural boulders, and to sparkling aquamarine waters...on calm days, you can enjoy superb snorkeling on live coral reefs!

Most of the time, a perfect silver strand of white sand beach edges Coral Garden's shoreline; however, this pocket beach may on rare occasions disappear with weather and seasons. Behind Coral Gardens' electronically-gated entrance is a secluded oasis of refined tropical serenity. • CORAL GARDENS has a part-time manager who comes from time to time and stays in the Beach Suite with its own private entrance. If this villa is booked to capacity, she will not be in the Beach Suite. When she is in residence there, however, your privacy at Coral Gardens is always assured.
• A 7-night minimum stay is required, except for 10-nights at Christmas and New Years.
• For Christmas/New Year's periods only, Coral Gardens MUST be rented along with Secret Gardens, the smaller villa next door.
• Rent both Coral Gardens and Secret Gardens together as one excusive property for up to 20 persons.
• If both villas are rented at the same time to two separate parties only the gated entrance to the parking area between the two villas are shared, and privacy is well maintained.
• Experience massage professionals are available at an additional charge.
