Formerly an embassy, this spacious nine bedroom villa is situated in Cap Estate on a hillside with views of the Caribbean Sea and surrounding hills. The property is nestled in an acre of landscaped tropical gardens and is just 200 meters from a sandy beach and within an easy drive of an 18 hole championship golf course at Cap Estate and many shops and restaurants in Rodney Bay.

This villa has nine air conditioned bedrooms, 4 of which are located upstairs and 5 downstairs, which can comfortably accommodate 19 persons. Each bedroom has been individually furnished and offers cable television, air conditioning and ensuite bath or shower rooms.

The kitchen and four bedrooms are situated upstairs, along with a small sitting area with internet facilities (included in rate). There is a spacious dining area which can accommodate dining for 20 persons on five separate tables. Outside the dining area is a patio with some loungers.

There are five more bedrooms situated on the ground floor, with a small sitting area located in front of each bedroom. Two of these bedrooms are inter-connecting, which makes them ideal for a family with small children.

There is an open air bar and lounge area which looks out onto the pool and deck area which is well equipped with loungers and patio furniture. Nearby is a wooden gazebo, which is entirely open and equipped with a hammock - a perfect spot to relax, read or to just gaze out to sea.

There is a coin/card payphone on the property.

There is a housekeeper, who will also prepare breakfast and lunch for resident guests. If clients require dinner to be prepared there would be an extra charge. She is assisted by a room attendant who is also responsible for basic maintenance around the villa. The housekeeper and room attendant both work 7 days a week when the house is occupied.

Located at the back of the villa, in the garden, is a small pyramid shaped building which is used for meditation or massage and other treatments. Please ask us for spa service rates and packages.
