This 4 condo complex is intended to satisfy those seeking quiet with a stunning view, comfort and convenience of location. All of the condos are fully furnished with every imaginable convenience available for your comfort including dishwasher, wine cooler and washer/dryer. There is large swimming pool situated in a pool deck with both covered and uncovered areas for tanning.

The environment is enhanced by a breathtaking view of the Rodney Bay Community with its wonderful selection of sandy beaches, restaurants and shops. Nearby is the 18 hole championship golf course at Cap Estate, along with the Racquet Club with its tennis courts and squash court

Our 8 spacious, air conditioned bedrooms all have large private patios intended to ensure the privacy of individual guests within a private villa ambiance. The villa ambience of our condos is further enhanced by their spaciousness and design, which allows for complete privacy between two couples in residence.

With a lovely romantic view overlooking the entire Rodney Bay community, the Caribbean Sea and beautiful and historic Pigeon Island, every room has large open windows and French doors to provide a panorama from both the inside and the outside.

Our lower rooms provide a small private landscaped garden to seal in the realization of tropical splendor.

Every room is air-conditioned, in addition to having hair dryers, shaver outlets, cable TV and King size or double beds in all the suites.

Each condo is fully furnished with every amenity you will find in a luxury home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with built in dishwasher, full size stove, refrigerator, microwave and wine cooler.

The unique design offers privacy for separate couples by locating the bedrooms strategically away from each other. Imagine, for 2 couples, complete individual privacy within your 2-bedroom villa.
