This house is a comfortable, older, typical West Indian style villa located directly on Plum Baie beach in Terres Basses on the French side. If you are looking for a basic, inexpensive beachfront home, Plum Beach Retreat might be the answer.

There is an oversized living and dining area adjacent to the kitchen. Stairs from the living area lead to the second story which houses a very large master suite with king bed and private bathroom. Also on the second level is a large screened in porch, accessed from the master bedroom or the top of the staircase. The porch has a small dining table and sitting area for relaxing.

Adjacent to the living area is a hallway with the two additional bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen. A third full bathroom is located in the dining area of the main villa.

Just off the living area is a large covered terrace with dining and sitting areas overlooking the pool. The free form pool has a built in seat and umbrella for shade. Adjacent to the pool is the sundeck with loungers for sunbathing and dining tables with umbrellas.

A few steps down from the pool deck brings you to Plum Baie beach. The cool waters of the Caribbean are at your doorstep. Plum Beach Retreat is just a short drive from the activities of the island.
