One bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen bed and one has twin beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master suite with king bed and ensuite bath is opposite the living area and opens to the surrounding deck.

The living area is large and open to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away. The kitchen is done in teak with stainless steel appliances. Exquisite furnishings and details abound at this villa.

The grounds are lush with plants and flowers everywhere cared for by the gardener who lives on the property. Pauli Mar also has a private tennis court.
