Located on the hillside of Mount Rouge in the exclusive French Lowlands sits this wonderful four bedroom, four and a half bath home.

This villa is a popular two bedroom rentals due to the fact that it offers two wonderful master suites on different levels. On the first floor is one of the master suites with king size four poster teak bed and teak accent furnishings. There is a balcony and private bath as well. Take one staircase to the second floor which houses only the additional master suite furnished in hardwoods and iron and also with a large private bath. Both master suites are air-conditioned.

Unsurpassed views of the island and the sea from almost every room make this villa unforgettable. There is a large living and dining area decorated with unique furnishings and wet bar adjacent to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Through the kitchen is a half bath and entertainment room with flat screen plasma television.

A staircase from the entertainment room leads to the third bedroom and bathroom with queen size bed and teak furnishings. The fourth bedroom is adjacent to the entertainment room and has twin beds that can be a king as well as private bath.

Through glass doors in the living room is the outdoor covered gallery with dining for eight. Down a few steps from the gallery is the free form pool surrounded by teak lounge chair with bright blue cushions. There is a tiled pathway from the other side of the pool deck that that leads to a stone sitting area on the point of Mt. Rouge that offers an almost 360 degree view of St. Martin and the surrounding islands. With teak furnishings at the point this is a wonderful spot to enjoy cocktails at sunset while watching the night lights of the island sparkle.
