Gianna is a beautiful, new completed waterfront villa overlooking Dawn beach, one of the island's finest. This split level two bedroom, two and a half bath home offers king size mahogany beds in each bedroom with private custom bathrooms with showers. On the lower level, each bedroom has a French door that opens out to a private deck overlooking the beach and sea. From the private decks of each bedroom you can walk down a half flight of stairs to a larger sundeck just above the water.

The upper level has a stunning view from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The custom kitchen has all modern stainless steel appliances and bright blue tile that compliments the white shutter cabinet doors. The spacious living and dining area are truly indoor/outdoor. Nearly the entire wall of the villa facing the pool and sea is made of sliding glass doors that open almost the entire length of the wall creating spectacular views from everywhere on the upper level.
