Villa Prana, is a deluxe and spacious 4 bedroom villa located in Dawn Beach Estate with a very short walk to Dawn Beach.

The villa offers 3 equal size bedrooms on the top level with ensuite bathrooms which open directly onto the pool deck. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with double shower and sink. The other two guest bedrooms have queen size beds and bathrooms with single shower and sink.

On the lower level there is an additional guest bedroom with twin beds (one is trundle that raises to a standard height) and bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms as well as the living room are air-conditioned.

The villa is fully furnished with top of the line furniture. There is a spacious pool deck where you can enjoy the atlantic breeze and stunning views of the beach and Oyster Pond.

• A special 15% Discount is being offered on all seasonal rates during the construction of the Dawn Beach Property.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
• Due to the elevation and driveway turn around mini vans are not recommended unless parked on the road.
• If rented as a two bedroom the two guest rooms on the top level are offered. If you prefer the master bedroom instead of one of the guest bedrooms there is an additional fee of $200.00 per week in all seasons.
