For years the Half Moon Royal Villas have been the "home away from home" for families, friends and groups. Each Royal Villa is like a luxurious hotel with 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 private bedrooms, each with its own entrance. The villas are individually and specially decorated and offer:

• A personal butler, housekeeper and cook.(3-bedroom housekeeper only)

• Spacious living room add to each villa's charm and appeal

Fern Tree Villa

Villa Descriptions
3-Bedroom Garden View	Located on the resort's Oleander block with easy access to Half Moon's legendary crescent-shaped beach and the hotel's facilities, the three bedroom villa is decorated with mahogany furnishings and tropical colors and offers a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. A private pool completes the three bedroom villa and offers a housekeeper only.
4-Bedroom Fern Tree Garden View	This exquisite four bedroom villa is the very essence of Old World charm mixed with modern amenities. Conveniently located in the main resort area, the villa features are: • Large Dining room for ten • Master bedroom • Covered terraces for outdoor entertainment • Large living area facing pool • Computer room/library - internet access • Large kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook. • Antique furnishings on hardwood floor • Bathroom with separate showers and bathtub. • French windows complete the four bedrooms with walk-in closets. An outdoor barbecue facility in spacious backyard, private pool, playground and garden for children is a good as it gets.
5-Bedrooms Garden or Ocean View	Some of these villas are bungalow-styled with four bedrooms on the ground floor and one flight of stairs to the fifth bedroom overlooking the ocean or the beautifully landscaped gardens. A typical five bedroom villa has a master bedroom upstairs.
6-Bedrooms Garden or Ocean View	Expect to be treated like royalty as you step out of the villa's private courtyard and into your large living/dining room. Each of these private six bedroom villas has a balcony or patio with a calming view of the Caribbean Sea or the well landscaped gardens.
7-Bedrooms Garden View	The seven bedroom villa opens up into a grand living room with stairway leading to the second floor which holds four bedrooms, each with its own entrance, bathroom and private balcony/patio. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms, kitchen, and dining area.
