Private fishing and mooring is available along a 1½-mile stretch of river, by arrangement with the owner.

Available locally are a wide range of leisure pursuits - choose from walking, swimming, theatres, cinema, restaurants, cricket, horse racing and golf. For interesting days out visit the elegant spa town of Cheltenham, with its majestic shopping promenade, pump rooms, galleries and museums, or head for the historical cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester. Malvern and Upton-upon-Severn are also well worth a visit, host to the Malvern Theatre Festival and the International Jazz Festival respectively, while the Brecon Beacons, the Wye Valley and the Cotswolds are within easy reach.
