Paynes Bay House enjoys a prime location in the desirable Sandy Lane Estate, and consists of a two-story house and cottage set in 2 acres of tropical gardens, complete with pool, fountain, and gazebo. Both the main house and the cottage are furnished in the colonial style, and can accommodate 10 people. Within the main house, an entrance hall with spectacular curved staircase leads to a gallery, which opens on to front and rear balconies. In turn, the large lounge and dining area opens out to the verandah. Each of the main house’s three bedroom are equipped with remote controlled air-conditioning systems and ensuite bathrooms.
