Bedrooms:	6: Sleeps 12 Master bedroom (1st floor) has a four-poster king-size bed. The round Mill bedroom (2nd floor) has a four-poster double bed. Bedroom No. 3 (1st floor) has twin beds. Bedroom No. 4 (ground floor) has twin beds Both Cottage bedrooms have twin beds Note: Twin beds can be made up separately or together as guests require.
Bathrooms:	7.5: 6 en suite bathrooms. Master bathroom has a double vanity, combination sunken tub/shower and bidet. Other bathrooms have single vanities and showers except Bathroom to bedroom No 3 which has a tub/shower. Powder room in main house and swimming pool shower room with single vanity.
Beach:	Short drive to Gibbs Beach (guests have use of owners beach house)
Pool:	Yes: Lagoon style, cliff side swimming pool (with separate jacuzzi) and adjoining pool house. Approximate size of pool is 33 feet x 19 feet depth in shallow end is 3 ft and deep end 5 1/2 feet. Size of Jacuzzi is 9 1/2 feet in diameter with a depth of 2 feet.

Description:	Built around a 17th Century sugar mill, Mullins Mill is a home of unique character located on eight acres of landscaped grounds. The main house (which is constructed around the original sugar mill) consists of three buildings joined by stairways. There is a cozy gazebo on the cliff side with sweeping views of the coastline. Also included is a ridge side infinity swimming pool with pool house and separate Jacuzzi located a short walk through the tropical gardens (about 100 yards) south of the main house. East of the main house you will find the floodlit tennis court and a further garden and orchard. Guests have use of the owner's private beach house right on the famous Gibbs Beach (just a 5 minute drive from Mullins Mill). Rentals also include the use of a 14 foot sailboat. Mullins can accommodate parties of up to 12 in 6 air conditioned bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom. Four of the bedrooms are located in the main house (one at the top of the original sugar mill) and two in the guest cottage on the grounds. A spacious sitting/dining verandah overlooks the vast gardens and cliff side gazebo and offers fantastic ocean views. Up a few steps from this verandah leads to the Shell Room designed by the well known architect Ian Morrison. There is a formal dining room indoors as well. Mullins Mill is run by an efficient staff who will do their best to make your holiday a memorable one.

Golf can be arranged at Sandy Lane Hotel (about a 20 minute drive south) Spa facilities are available a 3 minute drive down the hill at Suga Suga Spa. Special: From now until December 15, 2005 rental rates at Mullins Mill include use of the owners' 17 foot Fletcher ski boat with 175 hp outboard engine equipped for waterskiing and towing inflatable rides (cost of oil and petrol additional).
