Description:	Located near Speightstown, St. Peter this 2.5 acre beachfront estate has beautifully landscaped grounds and a large swimming pool with two poolside gazebos. Leamington consists of the Italianate pavilion and a separate beach cottage. Includes a gym and tennis court. The original house was built in 1950's then redesigned by Oliver Messel in 1960's and the present owners have carried out extensive renovations with London Interior Designer Nicholas Haslam refurbishing interiors in 1990. The Pavilion has four a/c bedrooms and the well trained staff will ensure your holiday in this luxurious setting is a carefree and relaxing experience. There is a reef which is great for snorkeling in front of the Pavilion and good swimming a short distance to the north of property.
Additional Details:	Golf and Tennis are available 20 minutes drive away at Royal Westmoreland or Sandy Lane. Watersports are available on request on site
